Welcome to Merieva. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of our digital products. Merieva is a brand of Tami Bruce Creative Co., LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products — downloadable Excel workbooks, templates, and related educational materials. Products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. After purchase, you will receive access to download your files.

2. License — what you may and may not do

Every purchase includes a personal-use license. You may use your purchased products for your own personal or household finances (or, for business-oriented workbooks such as Reseller Navigator and Side Hustle Navigator, within your own business), install them on your own devices, and make backup copies for yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish the products or any modified version of them; upload them to shared drives, marketplaces, or file-sharing services; or use them to create competing products. Financial coaches, advisors, and educators who wish to use our products with clients need a commercial license — contact us at hello@merieva.com.

3. Educational tools, not financial advice

Our products and content are educational and organizational tools that use generally accepted personal-finance methods. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation. Calculations such as tax estimates, Social Security projections, and retirement forecasts are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and the rules in effect when the workbook was built; always confirm important figures against current IRS, SSA, and other official guidance or with a licensed professional.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Refunds

Every product carries our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All products, content, branding, and design on this site are the property of Tami Bruce Creative Co., LLC and are protected by copyright. The Merieva name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is." While we work hard to make them accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that they are error-free or fit for your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial decisions made using our products.
