Refund Policy

Because Merieva products are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Merieva, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical problem, discover a broken formula or functionality issue, are unable to access your purchase, or believe the product is materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, provide a corrected or replacement file when appropriate, or issue a refund when the product cannot be provided as described.

Digital Downloads & Cancellation Rights

Where required by applicable law, customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital purchases.

For digital products supplied immediately after purchase, customers may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning the download or accessing the digital content may result in the loss of their statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, we generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, accidental purchases, or situations where a customer decides they no longer need or want the product after receiving access.
