The guarantee

If a product isn't right for you, email us at hello@merieva.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your money. You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate hearing what didn't work — it makes the products better.

How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@merieva.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it handy. We process refunds promptly; the money typically appears back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded the same way — the full bundle price, within 30 days.

The honest part

Because our products are digital files that can't be "returned," this guarantee runs on good faith. We honor it without hassle, and we trust you not to treat it as a free-copy program. Repeated purchase-refund patterns may result in us declining future orders — that's the only fine print.
